Welcome to KAPITAH-Church
Church accounting, kept simple.
Tithes, offerings and ministry funds, recorded the right way and hosted for you.
Why it matters
Every gift is given for a purpose. Your books should keep it.
Sunday counting
Cash and envelopes counted by two people, matched to the deposit.
Ministry set-asides
Money given for youth or missions stays with youth or missions.
Year-end statements
Each household gets an accurate record of what it gave.
How it works
From the offering plate to the report
Give
Tithes and offerings: plate, envelope, card or online
Count
Two people count and sign the batch
Deposit
The bank deposit is recorded against the count
Fund
Each gift lands in General or a ministry fund
Spend
Expenses come out of a fund, and reports follow
Every step records who did it and when, in a tamper-evident audit trail.

Restricted means protected
A restricted fund can't be spent beyond what was given to it. Money given for the youth camp stays with the youth camp — always visible, never quietly borrowed.
The church names its own funds; these are examples.
How fund balances work| Fund | What it is for | Restricted |
|---|---|---|
| General | Tithes, offerings, running costs | No |
| Youth | Events, camps, materials | Yes |
| Women's | The ministry's own programs | Yes |
| Missions | Missionaries and outreach | Yes |
| Benevolence | Help for families in need | Yes |
| Building | Campaign and repairs | Yes |
Ready to share
Ready for the board, the donors and the year-end
Giving reports
By month, by fund and by payment method. Export to Excel.
Budget vs giving
Month by month, with fund balances and expenses beside it.
Giving statements
Per household and year, printable, in the church's own words.
Giving stays private by design
The treasurer sees everything. The pastor sees totals, never who gave what. The office enters gifts by envelope number, not donor names. And every change is written to a tamper-evident audit trail.

Start with the books. Add the rest when you're ready.
People and households, services and check-in, small groups, volunteers and rotas, events and pastoral care are already in KAPITAH-Church — and Church Intelligence notices who is drifting away, which visitors need a call and which pledges are behind.
Multiple campuses are included. If you need full accounting later, KAPITAH Desktop adds the chart of accounts, balance sheet and bank reconciliation; Church posts gifts and expenses to it automatically.
